Q1.How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Frist,Please tell me to your peremeter.power,current,voltage and color temperature...
Then,we will give you a quote and freight.
Finally,we will check if have in stock and give you a produce time.we will start to produce led after you paid.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:We will check the in stock .If have,we only need about 1 days,If haven't,we need to product about 7 days. If your quantity is large,mass production time needs about 9-12 days according to the order quantity .
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?What's the Payment way ?
A: We haven't any MOQ limit.If you need sample.Please directly buy led in Alibaba or contacted with us.Welcome to purchase LED.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. In additional,we also ship by alibaba,it is more cheaper and the time is more long about 10-20 days.Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5.Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Sure,if we have in stock,we are willing to give you a free sample.If haven't in stock,we will produce led and need some fee.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.If you have any question,please tell me.
Q7: How long is the working life of LEDs?
A: The LED can work about 50000 hours.
