A2: Yes, we can offer free samples, so you can have an intuitive understanding about our LED quality and performance. But our clients should pay for the shipping freight themselves.
 

Q3: What about the lead time?
A3: Generally, it will take 3-5 working days for sample and 7-25 working days for mass order.

Q4:How to process the order?
A4: 1. Let us know the requirements(size, color, power and quantity) of the products you need.
2. We will send you the quotation and check the stock.
3. We will send you proformer invoice after you confirm the samples.
4. You make the payment after checking the details.
5. We will arrange the delivery and continue to provide you the best service.

Q5: Do you accept customized products?
A5: Yes, we can offer OEM and ODM service as per your request. Please kindly leave us messages about your requirements, our sales engineer will check the details as soon as possible. 

Q6: How many years of warranty of products you offer? And how do you deal with the LED working issues?
A6: We offer 3-year warranty by default, and longer warranty can be negotiated. If there is any problem with the product during the warranty, please feel free to contact us.
