Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:We will check the inventory.If have ,we only need about 1 days .Otherwise,we need take about 6-8 days to produce Sample, and about 9-12 days to produce mass quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?What's the Payment way ?
A: If you need SMD LED ,MOQ is 100pcs for each model.If you need COB LED ,we haven't any MOQ limit.At the same time, We accept T/T Paypal Western Union and other payment ways
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes about 4-5 days to arrive. We also ship by Alibaba .It usually takes about 10-20days ,but the freight is more cheaper.Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: First,Please kindly tell me your parameter.
Second, we will tell you the unit price and the freight.
Third,If you accept the price and freight.I will send Proforma Invioce to you.
Finally,we will tell you the delivery time and start to produce the LED after you paid.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Please send bad LED to us,we will analyze it and improve the quality,and we will send new led to you.
