Q2. What about the lead time?

A: First,I need to check the stock.If have in stock ,we only need about 1-2 days.If haven't in stock,we need to spend more time to produce.Sample needs about 6-9 days,Mass  quality needs about 9-12 days.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually need 4-5 days to arrive. In addition,we also ship by Alibaba.It needs take 10-20 days,but its freight is more cheper.Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q4.  Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?  and  How to deal with the faulty?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.Don't worry.If the LED can't Light,Please kindly tell me.we will deal with the thing and analyse the reason.Then,we will improve our product's quality and send you new LED.

Q6: How to proceed an order for led light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.(such as package size, color, power, voltage, CCT, CRI...)

Secondly We send you the Technique data for you reference. and quote you

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and we can check the freight for customer, then we will send the PI for you

Fourthly customer places an order , then we will arrange the produce and delievey.
